LXB has been operating since 2002 under the management of Tim Walton, previously CEO of Grantchester. Since then, LXB has sought to bring together high-calibre individuals with complementary and wide-ranging skills. LXB now comprises a team of 17 individuals with significant experience in property, finance and legal affairs, consistent with Tim’s aspiration to lead a team to maximise value creation in respect of the assets under management on behalf of investors. LXB has historically shown the ability to identify, acquire and improve the capital value of investments.
