Details
Two long leasehold interests in retail development sites on the fringe of Stafford town centre. The larger site is currently used as a temporary car park whilst the smaller site on the southern side of the River Sow, contains a disused former foodstore and a vacant multi-storey car park above.
Planning permission was obtained in February 2012 for the development of a retail scheme in excess of 192,500 sq ft together with about 1200 car parking spaces.
